Sounds like fun!
Since one of our adult daughters moved back home due to a career shift, she has been working hard to get mom and dad to eat more vegetarian meals. I'd deem her efforts partially successful. I'll be anxious to know how you do.
Good for you Sharon! Sounds like a wonderful class!! Enjoy & let us know how you enjoy it! When you come to visit me, you can cook me dinner! ;) lol!
